Credit/Debit Card and information for purchases

To provide our customers with a multitude of payment method choices, we use multiple payment processors including PayPal, Amazon Pay and Stripe.  Regardless of the option you choose at checkout, these processors all collect your sensitive payment data (including credit card data) at the time of checkout and encrypt & store that data on their secure systems.  We at no time collect or store credit card numbers in our data collection systems and at no time have access to this information.


We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our Website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. Personal Data and Partners

LIVV Audio collects Personal Data for the following purposes and uses other providers to facilitate many of our business practices. These include:

  • Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Shopify: Personal Data, Cookie and Usage data;
  • Facebook Like button and social widgets, TikTok, X, Youtube and Instagram: Interaction with external social networks and platforms, Cookie and Usage data;
  • Managing contacts and sending messages: Mailchimp, Contact Form and Powerful Form Builder.
  • Personal Data: Email address, name, product purchases are kept in Shopify and Mailchimp. You have control over the data you share on these platforms. In addition we use 3rd parties for these specific uses: JudgeMe (Reviews), Zonos (International Shipping), Talent Pop (Customer Service and accounting), Printful, RushOrderTees (order processing for apparel), ReactNative (iOS and Android app) and LoyaltyLion (Loyalty program).


More on cookies: As you browse jlabaudio.com, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partners, Facebook and Google Adwords, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with jlab.com. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number along with some demographics and interest information.
