Does the $25 down payment count towards the total price?

Absolutely, when we are ready to ship you will pay the remaining balance of the discounted price. Your remaining balance will be $274.99 if you purchased one headphone, and price will be adjusted accordingly for multiple headphone purchases.

Can I just pay full price for the headphone today?

Yes indeed, at checkout just hit the “Pay Now“ button and you will be able to pay full price for your headphone today. Paying full price DURING the 15-day pre-sale will also give you a “Lifetime VIP Membership”

We have an estimated time of delivery in the first quarter of 2025. It is not our first rodeo, however as you know unexpected things happen. We will be transparent when it comes to our development and shipping process as we get closer to shipping.

How do I care for my headphones?

To keep your headphones in top condition, we recommend storing them in the provided case when not in use. Clean the ear pads and headband with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid exposing the headphones to extreme temperatures, moisture, or direct sunlight for extended periods.

How do I replace the ear-pads on my headphones?

Simple! To replace the ear pads, just pull the current ear pads away from the ear cups to detach them. Align the new ear pads with the ear cups and let the magnet do the work. They will be pulled into place and you’re all set.

Are the ear pads on LIVV Pro Headphones washable?

Yes, the ear pads are removable and washable, however not washer and dryer washable. We recommend gently hand-washing them with mild soap and letting them air dry before reattaching them to the headphones.

What should I do If my headphones are not connecting to the app?

Ensure your headphones are within range and charged. Restart the headphones and the app. If this doesn’t work restart you device. Make sure you're updated to the latest version of the app. If the problem persists, reset your
headphones by following the instructions in the manual or contact customer support for further assistance.

How can I update the firmware on my LIVV Audio Pro headphones?

Firmware updates are released through the LIVV App. When an update is available, you will receive a notification in the app. So be sure to turn the LIVV Audio App notifications on. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your headphones to the latest firmware version.

Can I adjust the level of noise cancellation and transparency?
